CK-4 Heavy Duty Engine Oil uses a variety of technical means to prevent sludge formation, as follows:
1. High-efficiency detergent dispersant:
Heavy duty engine oil is added with high-performance detergent dispersant, which is like a "clean guard" that can absorb oxidation products, carbon deposits, metal debris and other impurities generated during the use of the engine oil, disperse these impurities in the engine oil, prevent them from agglomerating to form sludge, and eventually be filtered out by the oil filter as the engine oil circulates.
2. Improved antioxidant performance:
By optimizing the formula, enhancing antioxidant capacity, using high-quality base oil and antioxidant additives, the oxidation rate of the engine oil is slowed down. Because the engine oil will produce substances such as colloids and asphaltene after oxidation, these substances are important components for the formation of sludge, and inhibiting oxidation can reduce sludge generation from the source.
