Process design and construction

The company positioning the industry 4.0 (In'dustry 4.0) intelligent factory concept construction, using the enterprise resource management system (ERP) production execution system (MES) warehouse management system (WMS) quality management system (QMS) in the supply, sales,manufacturing information data, wisdom,and finally achieve a fast, effective and personalized product supply.

Construction of comprehensive production workshop 4000 square meters, three-dimensional warehouse 15000 square meters, research and development center 600 square meters. At present, the company adopts the most advanced blending technology and equipment to optimize the combination to form the most advanced

production process, with an annual capacity of 150,000 tons.

The whole production process is controlled by DCS, which can fully realize the automatic control of thewhole production process, such as component metering, pipe ball sweeping and stirring. At the same time, ABB automatic batch blending technology, DDU automatic bucket extraction of additives technology, pipe ball

scanning technology are adopted to ensure the accuracy of various formulations and the stability of the products.

Storage Capacity

The company has set up 36 independent raw material tanks, including 30 base oil tanks,which can store a total of 12,000 tons of base oil, and 6 additive tanks, which can store a total of 100 tons of additives.

There are special pipelines linked with pumps through DCS control valves to transport raw materials to the designated blending kettle.

Reconciliation ability:

The company has 16 blending kettles, of which 3 kettles of 30m³ are used for blending antifreeze, and 8 kettles of 25m³ and 5 kettles of 12m³ are used for blending lubricating oil, with an annual blending capacity of 150,000 tons. In order to ensure the purity of products, pipeline ball sweeping equipment is fully equipped in the blending process, and 5-stage filtration is provided in total.

Packaging capacity

8 full-automatic filling lines and 4 semi-automatic filling lines were introduced into the packaging workshop, including 7 1- 4L filling lines (4 full automatic and 3 semi-automatic), 3 10-20L filling lines (2 full-automatic and 1 semi-automatic), 1 200L filling line and 1 1000L filling line. The annual packaging capacity can reach 70,000 tons.

Research and Development Center

At present, the company has invested about 18 million yuan to build a 600-square-meter lubricant R&D and testing center, which is mainly engaged in physical and chemical index testing,

evaluation and analysis of lubricants, greases, antifreeze and oil additives. It can detect all indexes of gasoline engine oil, diesel engine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil and other industrial oils.

The technical team has been engaged in the research and evaluation of lubricating oil for more than 15 years, and has accumulated a large amount of data on high-end products and racing oil. It can customize top-level experience products like Jin No.1 and racing oil for customers, and provide oil use schemes and suggestions to help solve problems in the process of using oil.

comply with the quality standards formulated by various lubricating oil organizations such as american petroleum institute (API), European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA), International Lubricant Standardization

and Certification Committee (ILSAC) and American Society of Automotive Engineers (SAC), and strictly implement the standards of LEANON Petroleum Enterprise which are higher than the national standards.
